Share the tape model and batch, substrate or coating, cleaning process, application temperature, pressure method and time until lifting occurs. Photograph the assembly and the separated surfaces.
Evaluation and next steps
Compare a controlled sample with the current process, changing one factor at a time. Use only cleaning or preparation methods approved for the substrate and tape. Ask for model-specific application instructions rather than assuming one pressure or waiting time fits every tape.
